Over 100 years old, it may well have transported wine, olive oil or ale, but now it invariably sits looking ancient and beautiful in a window with eucalyptus leaves spilling out of the top. Such a gorgeous shape, I had to capture it, and the patina too... warm, earthy, natural, worn smooth by thousands of hands. Do you like old vessels with a story to tell?
