Lemon Tea
A fresh and zingy abstract still life painting with a slightly surreal feel, this artwork is a compilation of ideas from around my home. The fabulously juicy Sicilian lemons that I bought from the market (rarely available here in the UK) and one of my favourite quirky shaped vases plus of course, a striped mug (I do love stripes). The surprising bit is the spotty ground… a collage taken from a photograph of my French 200 year old, yellow-glazed pottery colander.

Large paintings can be crated as a bespoke service, if you require this service, please email me directly. If you live near to Stamford or Grantham I can personally deliver it for free, or we can arrange for you to pick-up the piece in person at my studio.
