Mr Kettle's Apple Tree
I have a very magical apple tree in my garden that produces 5 different varieties on the one tree! It was probably grafted over 100 years ago by Mr Kettle the farmer. To this day, it still produces a fine crop of eating and cooking apples, even the blossom is individual to each variety. Such a magical tree deserves to be painted and have a fantastical setting, hence the purple sky, which just felt right!
